Return & Exchange

POLICY

Return and exchange must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned item(s) must be in its original packaging, not be worn, washed and with all original tags and labels attached.

We do not accept return or exchange on panty due to hygienic purpose. For purchase of bralette set, kindly return only bralette and refund will be made for the price of the bralette only.

We do not accept return/exchange on sales or promotional item(s).
Return/exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving of returned item(s).

Shipping and handling fee incurred during returning/exchange are borne by customers.

Refund will be made for product price paid only (no refund will be made for shipping fee paid (if any)).

Customer shall pay the price difference between the new selected item(s) and exchanged item(s) if any.

No refund will be made for new selected item(s) that is priced lower than original purchased item(s).

Exchange can only be made once.

 

HOW TO RETURN

Log in to your account, select the order you wish to return and click on "return request". Your return will be reviewed in 3-5 work days and you will be notified once your return request is approved. Follow steps in email sent to you for remaining return process.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

Email us at service@solingerie.co with your order number, exchange item(s), amount and reason of exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your request to be processed.
Once your request is approved, we will email you details on sending back the exchange item to us.
Ship the exchange item(s) within 3 days upon approval of your request.
