Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.
During promotional periods, orders may take approximately 3–5 days to be shipped due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders that include pre-order items will only be shipped once all items have arrived and are ready for dispatch.
For multiple orders placed with same shipping address will be combined and send under one tracking code.
In case of failed delivery and your order is returned to us, we will send you an email for re-delivery.
Please note that in the event of failed delivery due to incomplete/incorrect delivery information filled in by customers at checkout will be charged for re-delivery charges.
