Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. Tracking details will be sent through email.

For multiple orders placed with same shipping address will be combined and send under one tracking code.

Delivery duration

West Malaysia: 3-5 work days

East Malaysia: 5-7 work days

Singapore: 7-10 work days

In case of failed delivery and your order is returned to us, we will send you an email for re-delivery. Please note that in the event of failed delivery due to incomplete/incorrect delivery information filled in by customers at checkout will be charged for re-delivery charges.

We offer FREE exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned item(s) must be in its original packaging, not be worn, washed and with all original tags and labels attached.

We do not accept return or exchange on panty due to hygienic purpose. 

We do not accept exchange on sales or promotional item(s).
Exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving of returned item(s).

Customer shall pay the price difference between the new selected item(s) and exchanged item(s) if any.

No refund will be made for new selected item(s) that is priced lower than original purchased item(s).

Exchange can only be made once per order.
